Ok. Because once again it's this time of night i'm going to write a critique on this.
First off, I'm pretty sure that this is one of my favourite ever Leo shots (though there is STIFF competition). I really like the way you composed this, with the perfect amount of open space on the right hand side. The use of diagonals with the stem also really works well, setting up the frame in the lower left corner.
As for Leo.. well he's naturally beautiful <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/x/x…" width="15" height="15" alt=":XD:" title="XD"/> His colours come out so well (which is a heck of an achievement as you know), and they're perfectly contrasted with the green of the stem and the white of the backdrop. As with all your photos the focus is spot on the eye, catching those amazing patterns really well, but it also allows you to pick out the details on the stem and his face. Great use of depth of field to control the fall-off too.
One thing I quite like that you may not think is too interesting is the way you still kept some of the shadows in the white, instead of making it all white. It adds a bit more dimension to the overall image <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
