They're pretty simple. I'm only taking care of them for a little while to fatten them up before they hibernate, then they'll be released again. Just feed and water them really... Lots of cleaning though! They're smelly and messy! But so cute...:D

He's lovely, how do you get the white fore and background? I mean I understand you put the hedgehog on something white, but I dont understand about the background and you cannot see a dividing line. It's something you often see with professional photo's and I always wonder how it's done.
If it's a secret of trade it's ok too of coarse. :D

I don't think it is a secret, and if it is I don't mind sharing.

I believe they call it an 'infinity' background. Instead of it being a 90 angle between the background and floor, it is a curved area. I hope this is making sense, it's hard to explain! I found a picture on google just to give you an idea of what I mean, here it is - [link]

No names so far, I'm terrible with names and I can't settle on one until it seems to fit them! Hog 2 (this photo) has been named though, he's earned the name of Einstein! He managed to open up the lid to his box and then push the wood away from the door to get out!! Luckily he was still contained though :giggle:
