One word stunning. All creatures that come from the snow appeal to me full stop but this is especially stunning! The way that the owl is look directly at the camera makes it appear almost as if it wants to attack the eyes instantly stand out as well as the pure white feathers that cover the body. I like how the lighting is casting long shadows adding to the mysterious appeal that owls have always had.

Blurring the background to draw the detail of the owl is also striking, what i like most is the fact this is the fact the owl has what looks like a moustache makes me want to laugh.
